No Returns Accepted
Due to the nature of our products, Prakruthi Ayurveda does not accept returns of any products once they have been delivered.
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, all sales made through Prakruthi Ayurveda are final.
No Refunds
We maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once an order has been successfully placed and delivered, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product not meeting personal expectations
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Delayed usage of the product after delivery
- Minor variations in packaging or appearance
- Preference-related concerns such as fragrance, texture, or color
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A leaking product
- A wrong product different from your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the package received
After verification, we may provide a replacement at our sole discretion.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
